BOOK

If you have not purchased my book yet,  but would like to, you can get a copy from The Life Centre, Notting Hill Gate, the wonderful esoteric bookshop Watkins in Cecil Court, London,  Amazon, or through me.

Here is what it looks like and what its about:

book cover

This book examines the Dance of Shiva and a Tantric worldview as the basis for a yoga manual including instruction on movement, meditation and expansion of consciousness. It examines the keys held in the image of Shiva identifiable as the Cosmic Dancer, to assist humanity with experiencing a more harmonious life. This is achieved by the redirection of attention inwards from the external objective reality through the body and mind. The process leads to an opening of the perception to an experience of unity and bliss.

Book a private at yours anywhere in East Sussex, or at mine in Bexhill at £70 via paypal.me/natashanandiniyogini

Please feel free to get in touch with any queries or FYIs you may have.

Enjoy the beautiful season, Till soon,
